The Company

Aspiros is an independent family-owned R&D and manufacturing business situated at Symbion Science Park in Copenhagen, Denmark. Its founders are Morten Sloth Weidner, CEO, biochemist, and Ida Sloth Weidner, Chief Scientific Officer, MD. Aspiros employs advanced knowledge in the field of natural product chemistry, pharmacology and formulation technology. Aspiros has evolved out of the IDA Group, a bioscience group founded by Morten Sloth Weidner in 1992. Prior to founding Aspiros ApS, Morten Sloth Weidner consecutively founded three pharma companies, BSP Pharma A/S www.bsp-pharma.com, Astion Pharma A/S www.astion.com and Nensius Research A/S www.nensius.com with activities within the fields of anti-inflammatory agents, dermatology and neurology.
